Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to lead teams, navigate difficult conversations, make decisions when there wasn't an obvious answer, manage through change, hold people accountable, and advocate for myself and others.
Crossroads and Catalysts is about helping people become better leaders—not simply by talking about leadership, but by exploring what it takes to actually practice it.
There are countless scenarios that will draw out your leadership skills—or expose the lack of them. Leadership gets real when performance slips. When someone needs honest feedback. When you have to make an unpopular decision. When you're leading former peers. And when you realize the skills that made you great at your job aren't necessarily the ones that will make you a great leader.
Those are the moments I'm interested in.
Here, we explore the practical side of leadership: leading yourself, leading others, navigating organizational dynamics and change, having difficult conversations, making better decisions, and taking ownership of your career.
Whether you're preparing for your first leadership role or you've been leading for years, my goal is to give you something you can actually use—a different perspective, a question worth considering, or a practical idea you can put into action.
Because leadership isn't ultimately about the title. It's about how well you lead when the moment requires it.
